Lemon pudding - tangy tofu

Ingredients
2 boxes Mori-Nu firm silken tofu6 Tbsp lemon juice1/8 tsp lemon oil (or substitute juice and grated zest of two lemons)1 Tbsp granulated sugar2 Tbsp white stevia powder
Directions
Empty the two boxes of tofu into food processor, add other ingredients, and process until smooth. That's it!
