Beef Shepherd's Pie

1 bag of frozen green beans1 lb of extra lean ground beef1 8oz bag of part skim mozzarella cheese2 small cans of tomato sauce with no salt added.2 cups dehydrated mashed potatoes1.5 cups of Silk Lite Vanilla Soymilk1 tsbp of Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread with flax oilSpices to taste. I usually go for a light marinara.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Thaw green beans in micrwave on defrost for 45 secs.
In med skillet, brown ground beef
In med saucepan, add tomato sauce and spices, set to boil, then lower to simmer once it is going.
In another saucepan, prepare the mashed potatoes.
In a casserole dish, combine meat, tomato sauce and green beans, mix thoroughly.
Smooth prepared mashed potatoes over the mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in oven for 30 mins.
