Veggie Tofu Crustless Quiche

Ingredients
1 package Organic Tofu Firm-blended with 1/4 cup soy milk till smooth, 1/2 cup chopped asparagus, 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms, 1/2 small chopped onion, 1 cup spinach leaves (sautee all veggies in cooking spray till done). Season with whatever spiced desired. Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes until knife comes out clean.
