1 Roma Tomato1 large onion (12 oz)3 cloves garlic12 dried red chili peppers2 tsp cayenne or red chili powder1/2 tsp black pepper powder2 cups (unsweetened) coconut powder1 oz dried maldive fish chps (optional, but very savory) 1 tsp olive oil2 tsp black mustard seeds12 curry leaves1-2 tsp sriracha sauce
Directions
Finely process the tomato, onion, garlic and dried peppers.

Add powders and coconut (and optional modive fish). With hand, integrate real well.
