The Bell Ringer Chicken Dinner - Abs Diet

Ingredients
2 tsp peanut oil1/4 tsp red pepper flakes2 thin-cut boneless, skinless check breasts cut into bite size pieces or strips1 cup green or red bell pepper, cut into bite-size pieces or strips1/4 medium onion, cut into bite-size pieces or strips2 tsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
Directions
Combine oil and pepper flakes in a medium-hot skillet
Add chicken and cook for 2 - 3 minutes, stirring frequently
Add remaining ingredients and cook for 2 - 3 more minutes, stirring frequently. Serve over brown rice if desired.
