Chewy Whole Grain Granola Bars

Ingredients
1 c. brown sugar Splenda1 c. vegetable oil2 eggs2 c. oatmeal1/2 c. raisins1/2 c. craisins1/2 c. chopped pecans1/2 c. coconut (or omit and use 1 c. pecans)1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon1 tsp. baking soda1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease bottom of a 9 x 13 pan and line with parchment paper or foil. Grease paper.
Mix sugar, oil and eggs until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Pat evenly into pan. Bake 15-20 minutes until set, but not firm. Cool 15 minutes in pan, then remove and cool completely before cutting into bars.
