Easy low fat Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
5 Cups of Chicken Broth1 Head of Broccoli1 Head of Cauliflower1 tsp of minced garlicThyme, Salt, Onion Powder & Black Pepper to taste
Directions
#1. Chop broccoli & cauliflower into small pieces.
#2.Pour Chicken broth to pot and bring to boil.
#3. Add Broccoli & Cauliflower to pot and let low boil for approx 1hr.

The broccoli & cauliflower will cook down and get very soft, the "soup" will get slightly thicker.

#4. Remove from heat and take Immersion Blender and blend until smooth.
#5. Add Garlic, Thyme, Onion Powder, Salt & Pepper (last 4 to taste)

Serve or let cool and package for later eating.
