Salmon, Spinach and Cherry Tomato Pasta

Ingredients
4oz whole wheat pasta4oz smoked salmon (or canned salmon)2 cups fresh spinach.5 cup red onionolive oil6 cherry tomatoes1 container (113g) plain nonfat greek yogurt
Directions
Bring a pan of water to a boil.
When boiling, add a little salt and the pasta.
Cook pasta for about 10 minutes.
While the pasta is cooking, sautee chopped onion in a little olive oil.
Once onion is softened, add halved cherry tomatoes and spinach. Cook until spinach has wilted.
Finally add salmon (chopped or flaked) and yogurt.
Stir until all ingredients are combined well.
Drain past and add to sauce.
Stir and serve with fresh black pepper.
