Goat Cheese, Spinach, Bruschetta Naan Pizza

Ingredients
2 packages of Whole Grain Naan (2 naan per package)1 cup of fresh Bruschetta4 cups of fresh Organic Baby Spinach16 oz of Gotes Catalanes (herbed goat cheese in 1 oz balls)4 tbsp Basting Oil (olive oil with herbs)Salt to tastePepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Put naan bread on baking sheet. Spread 2 tbsp of bruschetta on each naan. Spread 1 cup of spinach leaves on top. Cut goat cheese balls in 1/2 and place on pizza, 8 halves per pizza. Drizzle pizza with basting oil (or plain olive oil mixed with garlic powder and Italian seasonings). Salt and pepper to taste.

Put pizzas in the oven for 10 minutes on the center rack or until cheese is melted.

Optional: move pizzas to broiler for 2-5 minutes or until cheese gets golden brown and bread is slightly toasted.

Cut into quarters. 2 quarters per serving.
