Ingredients
Directions
Ingredients:1 1/2 Cups Water1 Tablespoon Yeast, (.5 ounce)2 TBSP Olive Oil1 tsp Salt4 cups Flour, white2 tsp sugar
Place warm water in kitchen aid mixer. Add 1/2 cup flour and 2 tsp sugar. Stir to mix. Add yeast. Wait 10 minutes while yeast grows. Start mixer on low. Add 1 more cup flour gradually. Add oil and salt.
Contiune mixing with kneading attachment. Gradually add flour one-half cup at a time.
Continue kneading on low for about 10 or so minutes.
Turn off mixer, let rest 10 min.
Pull dough out and put in slightly oiled glass bowl. Let raise 30 min.
Weigh dough in 2 ounce portions. Freeze in saran wrap.
Use individual servings as needed by thawing about 1 hour.
