Ingredients
1-2 Cups Brassica Sprouts1-2 Cups Leafy Sprouts1/2 cup pineapple - chopped1/2 cup green grapes - halved1/2 cup yogurt1/4 cup mayonnaise1 tsp. mustardsalt to taste4 cups baby greens
Directions
Preparation

Combine sprouts and fruit in large bowl.
Mix up the other ingredients and pour over the sprout + fruit mix.
Toss to blend.

Serve

Serving over salad greens makes for a very lovely presentation.
