Corn Salsa

Dressing:juice from 2 limes1 clove garlic, smashed1/3 c. virgin olive oil1/4 c. red wine vinegar1/4 tsp. chili powderSalad:1 can yellow corn, drained1 can black beans (drain half of the juice)1/2 cup diced red, or yellow peppers1/2 red onion chopped1 c. tomato chopped1/4 c. cilantro chopped2 tsp. kosher saltground black pepper to tastecumin to taste
Directions
combine all ingredients together. For best taste, let sit for half hour to let flavors enhance
