Ground Turkey Chili

Ingredients
approx 1 lb ground turkey1 can kindey beans1 small can ( approx 1 cup) Tomato Sauce1 small can (approx 0.5 cup) Tomatoe Paste1 16 oz can stewed tomatoes (or approx 2 cups) 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
brown turkey in pan
drain cans of excess liquid ( for stewed tomatoes and kidney beans)
add Tomato Sauce
Tomato Paste
stir well
add Stewed tomatoes and Kidney beans
stir well
serve in bowls - top with cheddar cheese if desired (calories will vary depending on amount of cheddar cheese used)
