Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour 1 TBSP baking powder1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt 8 egg whites1 cup plain fat free yogurt 1 cup fat free cottage cheese 2 TBSP maple syrup
Directions
Mix wet ingredients together, mix dry ingredients. Combine. Cook over medium heat until throughly cooked. Serve with fresh fruit.
