Chicken Cordon Blue for the Crockpot

Ingredients
4 Chicken Breasts, boneless, skinless4 thin slices Ham4 slices Cheese (recipe calls for Swiss, I have Provolone)1 can cream of mushroom soup1 can milk
Directions
Slice chicken breasts length-wise and place in bottom of the crockpot. Place cheese and ham in the middle of the chicken. In a separate bowl, combine the soup and milk. Pour over the chicken. Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
