Pork Chops (bone in or without) at least 1/2 in. thick1 packet Hidden Valley Seasoning Packet1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (I used the Healthy Request for the calorie count)
Directions
Put all ingredients in crockpot, cook on low for 6 hours.
