Cauliflower Pea Salad

Ingredients
1 head iceberg lettuce, torn into bite size pieces2 cups cauliflower florets, raw1 pkg. frozen green peas thawed1/2 large purple onion, sliced into thin rings6 strips of bacon, fried crisp, drained & crumbled1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese3/4 cup mayonnaise2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
Directions
Layer ingredients in order, top with mayonnaise. Spread mayonnaise over top, sprinkle sugar over mayo; cover and refrigerate for several hours to blend flavors. Toss before serving.
