Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground beef1 cup carrots 1 cup corn3 cup mashed potatoes1 package of club house Shepherds pie seasoning mix1 large onion1/2 cup Kraft double cheddar light shredded cheese 3/4 cup water
Directions
Serving Size:�6
boil and mash potatoes(season if you like)
brown ground beef with onions, corn and carrot
rinse ground beef to drain off fat
return ground beef to pan( after rinse any left over fat in pan)
add water and seasoning mix
bring to a boil
simmer for 5 minutes
transfer meat to 2 qt casserole dish and top with potatoes and cheddar
bake at 400 for 25 min
