1 slice turkey bacon2 frozen waffles1/4 cup sugar free pancake syrup1 slice reduced fat cheese1/2 cup fat free liquid egg subsititute
Prepare bacon in a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray on a microwave safe plate in the microwave. Set aside. To make the egg patty, spray a microwave safe bowl with nonstick spray. Add egg substitute and microwave for 1 minute. Gently stir, and then microwave for 1 additional minute. Set aside. Toast waffles, and then place them side by side on a plate. Transfer egg patty from the bowl onto one of the waffles. Break bacon in half and place over the egg patty. Top with cheese, and finish it off with the other waffle. Cut your sandwich in half and serve the syrup on the side for dipping.
