Fajita Chili

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef2 green bell peppers, cut into strips2 yellow bell peppers, cut into strips2 red bell peppers, cut into strips1 med onion, diced1 can kidney beans1 can diced tomatoes1.5 tsp chili powder2 tsp cumin1 tbsp oregano
Directions
Brown ground beef in skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat. Add the bell peppers and onions. Continue cooking until pepper/onions are tender. Then add the kidney beans, tomatoes, and seasonings to the skillet. Salt and pepper to taste. Heat throughly and serve.

Substitutions: Ground turkey can be substituted for the ground beef to save calories.

Frozen multi-colored pepper (with onion) blends can be used instead of fresh peppers and onions to save prep time.
