French Chicken with Balsamic Vinegar

1kg boneless skinless chicken (breast halves about 6)400g diced tomatoes (undrained)400g cannellini beans (rinsed and drained)1 bell pepper (yellow bell pepper chopped coarsely)1.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar1 tsp dried oregano1 tbsp garlic (minced)0.5 tsp dried basil0.5 tsp salt0.25tsp black pepper1 tbsp olive oil
Place chicken breasts in baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and place on top of chicken.
Cover dish and cook at 180c for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through.
Serve with pasta and salad.
