Greek Turkey Brats

Ingredients
2 lbs (32 oz) ground turkey30 green olives, chopped6 TBS chopped sun dried tomatoes1 TBS garlic powder1 tsp ground cumin seedlarge sausage casings, preapred
Directions
Combine ground turkey, olives, tomatoes, and spices. Feed into sausage stuffer to make 4-5 oz brats. Grill fresh or freeze immediately.

Cook thoroughly until juices run clear.
