Baked Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
Brussels sprouts, fresh, 4 cup Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar, 3 tbsp
Directions
cut b sprouts in half
place in zip lock gallon bag and add the oil and vinegar
close bag
mix well
dump onto cookie sheet
place in 350" oven for 45 minutes or till desired doneness

    I am a huge fan of Brussels sprouts! This was a great treat for me. I've seen similar recipes that included bacon and cheese...but this was very good without all that added fat. I will make this recipe often. - 2/10/14

    SO far so good! They're roasting in the oven - I'm sure they'll be delish.. I I also sprinkled low sodium worshtershire in the bag too.. We'll see.. - 3/11/12
