1 lb. lean ground beef (93-95% lean)1 large Vidalia onion, chopped1 1/2 cups frozen corn1 can (15 1/2 ozs) pinto beans1 can (15 1/2 ozs) diced tomatoes1 lb. Velveeta Light reduced-fat pasteurized processed cheese product
Directions
Brown ground beef and onion. Stir in all the other ingredients and heat thoroughly.
