Ingredients
Roasted Pablano ChilisRoasted Red Bell PeppersRoasted Jalapeno PeppersWhite OnionFresh CornBlack beans - drain if using canned beans. 1 28 oz can and 1 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes with green chilis and spicesGround CuminPaprikaChili PowderOptional 1/2 bar Mexican Baking Chocolate
Directions
Since the meat is so lean, brown it with the olive oil so it does not stick to the pan. Removce meat and cook the onions until they are transluscent, add the meat and peppers and tomatoes. Blend in ground cumin and other spices. Cook until all spices are cooked into the chili. Enjoy.l
