Gluten Free Hearty Dinner Rolls

1/2 cup teff flour1/2 cup almond flour1 1/2 cups potato starch (not potato flour!)1/2 cup brown rice flour1/4 cup buckwheat flour 1/4 cup hazelnut flour 2 tablespoons coconut flour1 teaspoon fine sea salt1 packet rapid rise yeast2 tablespoons light brown sugarSlowly add and beat in:1 1/2 cups warm liquid: 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk warmed with 3/4 cup hot water1/4 cup light olive oil2 flax eggs1/2 t rice vinegarFor garnish:1 tbsp flax seeds1 tbsp sesame seeds1 tsp chia seeds
Warm oven by turning on the light.
Mix all dry ingredients, and combine well.
Add liquid ingredients slowly, beating well as you go.
Pour batter by spoonfuls into pre-greased muffin tray, and place tray into warmed oven for 50 minutes.
After 50 minutes, turn oven to 350 degrees, and bake rolls for 22 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. When tapped, the roll should give a thumping, hollow sound.
Enjoy with garlic butter, soup, salad, etc.
