Crumb Cake

Ingredients
3/4 cup butter1 cup sugar2 cups flour1 cup milk1 Tbsp vinegar1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp cloves1 egg
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 8x8" pan with cooking spray.

Rub first three ingredients into crumbs; remove 3/4 cup.

Combine vinegar and milk, then add it to the bowl. Add remaining ingredients and combine.

Pour batter into pan. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup crumbs.

Bake at 350°F for approximately 30 minutes. Cut into 16 2" squares.
