Spur of the Moment Stir-Fry

Ingredients
1 Onion, finely chopped1 pkg Johnsonville Smoked Turkey Sausage, sliced3 Cloves garlic, minced1 zucchini, choppedColored Bell peppers, I used about 12 mini bell peppers1 pkg Udon Noodles1/2 cup Kikkoman Stir-Fry sauce
Directions
Cook Udon Noodles according to package instructions.

Have all ingredients cut before beginning.

Use oil or cooking-spray to coat a wok, and heat over high heat.

Add onion stirring until translucent, about 4 minutes.

Add garlic and sausage, cook until heated through, about 3 minutes.

Add vegetables and cook until softened, about 7 minutes.

Add stir-fry sauce, stir thoroughly. Pour ingredients over noodles, stir, and serve.
