Roasted Garlic hummus, homemade, 1Tbsp

Ingredients
6-12 garlic cloves2 T olive oil2 T tahini1 can garbanzo beans (chick peas)1/2 a lemon or lime squeezedsalt and pepper to tasteOptional : Paprika, cumin, mustard powder, white pepper(a pinch or dash of one or all of these will give your hummus some flavor)
Directions
wrap garlic in foil ,cover in olive oil (rosemary if desired0put in water bath and bake for 40 min @ 400
after it cools
mix all ingredients in food processor
