Idle Isle Candy Cream Toffee

Centers:1 cup Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk4 cups powdered sugar1/2 lb butter (1/2 lb=1 Cup or 2 sticks)1/4 tsp Maple, Almond, or Vanilla extractTopping:1 bag chocolate chips -Milk chocolate or Semi-Sweet (can use 1/2 bag of each also)1 cup Finely chopped almonds (or nut of your preference)
Mix Center ingredients together. When completely mixed, make into 1/2 inch little balls. Put on cookie sheet and freeze until hard. (About 5-10 minutes).
Meanwhile, put chocolate chips into microwave safe bowl and heat in 20 second intervals, stirring until completely melted and smooth.
Using a toothpick, dip the center into the chocolate, and then roll it into the chopped nuts. Refridgerate when finished.
