20 oz ground turkey2 tsp olive oil1 large red pepper1-8 oz mushrooms diced1-large onion1-32 oz v8 juice or tomato juice1-8 oz can diced or crushed tomatoes1 tsp cumin1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Brown turkey in 2 tsp olive oil until no longer pink about 5 min. Take turkey out and drain. Add onions, peppers and mushroom, cook for 5 min until softened. Add back in turkey, and other ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes.
