Ingredients
3 1/2 Cups Flour2 tsp. Baking Soda2 tsp. Cinnamon1 tsp. Salt4 tsp. Pumkin Pie Spice1 Cup (2 sticks) Margarine2 Cups Sugar4 Large Eggs1 1/2 Cups (15 oz. Can) Pumpkin1 1/2 Cups Chocolate Chips1 1/2 Cups Chopped Walnuts
Directions
Combine flour, soda, salt & spices (set aside). Cream margarine & add sugar gradually. Beat until fluffy. Blen in eggs. Beat well. At low speed add dry ingredients (alternating with pumpkin). Begin & end with dry ingredients. Stir in chips & nuts. Spoon into greased loaf pans. 4 small or 2 regular. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour or more. Check with a wooden pick to be sure.
