Low Carb Boneless Wings (Oven Fried)

Ingredients
1 lb Chicken Thighs, Breast or Tenderloins (whichever you prefer)1/5 tsp Adobo Seasoning1 tsp Garlic powder1/5 tsp Cajun Seasoning1 large egg (beaten with 1 tsp of water)1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour2 tbsp Parmesean Cheese
Directions
1) Once you have cleaned the chicken, cut them into small bitesize pieces.
2) Season chicken with the Adobo Seasoning, Garlic Powder and Cajun Seasoning
3) Add the flour and Parmesean Cheese to a Ziploc bag and toss to mix.
4) Next dip the chicken in the egg mixture to coat, remove and place into Ziploc Bag and toss to coat. Repeat, if necessary, until all chicken has been coated.
5) Place the chicken on a foil lined cookie sheet and bake in the oven for approximately 20 minutes or until brown.

***Boneless wings can be tossed in the low carb sauce of your choice or dipped like nuggets. Great on a salad.
