Ground Turkey/Pork Stroganoff

* Ground Pork, 1 lb. ; * *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 1 1/2 lb. (24 oz.) ; * *Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed), 1 can (10.75 oz) ; * Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (condensed), 1 can (10.75 oz) ; * *Del Monte Sweet Peas - 1 can ; * *Soy Sauce, .25 cup ; * Worcestershire Sauce, c. 4 tsp. or less ; * Butter, unsalted, 4 tbsp ; * *Milk, 2%, .5 cup ; Sour cream , 8 oz.
Cook meat, chopping up and stirring the ground turkey and ground pork so they mix together. In separate sauce pan, melt the butter, then stir in soups, soy & Worcestershire sauce. Then add up to 1/2 cup Milk, and some salt and/or onion powder as desired. Finally, add 8 oz. sour cream. Stir in thoroughly.
Drain cooked meat of excess fat. Stir together with the creamy Sauce. After draining off extra liquid, Add 1 can of green peas. Makes 10 Hearty servings, c. 4 oz. meat plus sauce.
Serve over Stroganoff or Chinese noodles, lettuce, or rice.
