1 Large Flour Tortilla2 oz. Salad Shrimp1/2 cup mandarin oranges (drained)1 tbsp Caesar Dressing (can use whichever is your favorite. For less calories use a low cal/low fat version)1 oz. Athenos Reduced Fat feta cheese2 cups baby spring lettuce
Mix lettuce, dressing, shrimp, feta, oranges in a bowl. Lay in to center of tortilla and fold up wrap style.
Makes 1 serving - doubles, triples, quadruples easily!
