Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 3 cup Egg, fresh, 2 medium Flour, white, 1.33 cup Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp Nutmeg, ground, 1 tbsp Cream Cheese, 1 package, small (3 oz)
Mix the ingredients in a bowl but don't overmix. Put in muffin tins. Do not over cook and use a toothpick to test - should come out clean after cooking at 325 for 20 minutes.
