Sausage and Spinach Pie

Ingredients
0.25 tsp Pepper, black 0.50 tsp Salt 2 cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese 1 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.25 tsp Garlic powder 8 serving Jennie-O Turkey Store Sausage Turkey Italian Sweet (1 link) 1 serving Pillsbury 9" Refrigerated Pie Crust (entire pie crust)
Directions
1 In a skillet, brown sausage. Drain off fat.

2 In a mixing bowl, stir together the eggs, spinach, mozzarella, ricotta, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir in sausage.

3 Put 1 pie crust into a 9x13 casserole dish, stretching to fit and trimming so that only the bottom is covered. Fill with the sausage mixture.

4 Bake in a 375 degree F oven for 1-1/4 hours or until filling is set. Cool in pie plate on wire rack for 10 minutes. Serve warm. Serve with heated pizza sauce or pasta sauce spooned over the top, if you like.
