4 cups whole wheat flour1 tbsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg4 large eggs5 bananas mashed to make 3 cups1 cup sugar1 cup unsweetened applesauce2 tbsp olive oil1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray oil inside two loaf pans and dust with flour. In a large bowl mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg. In a separate bowl mix eggs, mashed bananas, sugar, applesauce, and olive oil. Make a well in the dry ingredient bowl and pour in wet ingredients. Mix until blended. Add the chocolate chips. Pour into loaf pans, dividing the mixture into to two equal portions. Place in middle of preheated oven and cook for about an hour. Bread is done when a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
