Taste of Home Pumpkin Pancakes

Ingredients
1 C. all-purpose flour1 C. whole wheat flour2 T. brown sugar2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. ground ginger1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg1 1/2 C. 2% milk1/2 C. canned pumpkin1 egg white2 T. canola oil
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Combine the milk, pumpkin, egg white and oil; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.

Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a hot griddle coated w/non-stick cooking spray; turn when bubbles form on top. Cook each until second side is golden brown.
