Ingredients
2 chicken breasts (broiled)1 green pepper cut into large pieces1/2 red onion1 cup (or more) cherry tomatos1 cup uncooked brown rice seasoning to taste
Directions
broil chicken breast
cut peppers and onon into large peices
cook rice according to package directions
cook peppers tomatoed and onion in a wok with water or boil in water
once everything is cooked, mix all together
season to taste
