Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 lg. chicken breasts, boneless, skinless (approx. 3.5 lbs.)
    6 Tbsp. Flour
    2/3 c. Smuckers Sugar Free Orange Marmalade
    2/3 c. Jack Daniel's BBQ Sauce
    4 Tbsp. Kikkoman Light Soy Sauce
    2 Tbsp. Ginger, fresh grated (or jarred)

Directions

Put chicken and flour into a bag and toss together. Place the chicken in the crockpot. Add the rest of the ingredients, cover and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours, or on high for 3 - 4 hours.

Yields 8 servings.

    This is a great dish. I did not use the bbq but substituted 1/4 cup sweet red chili sauce instead, super tasty! - 4/14/10

    I used pork too. We really enjoyed this. I think next time I will cut the chicken into bite size and see how that works. - 3/13/08

    I don't like how the recipe claims half a chicken breast is a "serving". I put in considerably less ginger and served it with salad. "Orange chicken" at a Chinese buffet is basically orange jello on chicken - of course this isn't going to be like that! This, however, is very easy to make and tasty. - 7/3/10

    Great taste... but this is not a recipe that you can leave all day... My work day is longer than 8 hours and it got dry.... I will make it again when I can cook it fir the right amount of time... - 9/28/11
