Undone Stuffed Pepper Casserole

Ingredients
Beef, Ground Chuck 80% Lean, Pan Browned, 1 lbGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 4 cup, coarsely choppedOnions, raw, 0.5 cup, choppedGarlic powder, 0.25 tsp Prego Chunky Garden Combo, 1 jar (~24 oz)Rice, Uncle bens white rice, 2 cups cookedCheddar Cheese, 0.75 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 0.75 cup, shredded
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Brown beef, onions, & green peppers in large skillet
Drain
Blend both cheeses together
Stir in garlic powder, rice, spaghetti sauce, & 0.75 cup of blended cheese
Spoon into 2 qt casserole
Top with remaining blended cheese
Bake 25 min or until heated through

Serving Size: Makes ~7 one cup servings
