5 eggs375 mililitres of skimmed milk 1 vanilla pod 1 pinch of powdered nutmeg 2 tsp. Splenda granulesA few drops of peppermint flavouringA littlebit of sugarfree low-fat cocoa powder
Beat the eggs with splenda until creamy and light in colour. Heat the milk together with the vanilla pod without letting it boil. Gently
pour the hot milk over the eggs whisking continuously. Add the peppermint flavouring and
nutmeg, whisk well and pour the mixture into ramekins. Cook for 15 - 20
minutes at 160°C. Leave for 6 hours in a cool place. Sprinkle
with sugar-free cocoa powder and enjoy!
Serving Size: Makes 4-1 cup ramekin servings
