Dukan Spiced Cinnamon Vanilla Galette (PP days/PV days)

Ingredients
1 large Egg White1/4 c. Super Trim Milk1/4 tsp. Baking Powder1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon1/2 tsp Vanilla Flavouring or Caramel Flavouring1 Tbs. Whey Isolate Protein Powder (fat free/sugar free)1 Tbs. Skim Milk Powder1 Tbs. Splenda baking granules2 Tbs. Organic Oat Bran
Directions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and pour on to a non-stick pan that has been greased before hand with a few drops of oil, then wiped with paper towel. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.

The galettes keep for at least a week in the fridge, but wrap them in foil or cling wrap so that they don't dry out. You can also freeze them as they will not loose their taste, texture or nutritional value.

These are great served first thing for breakfast so you avoid feeling famished mid-morning. I like to add a few dollops of fat free Vanilla Custard yogurt on the side. Bon Appetit!
