1/4 tsp chili pepper flakes1 tsp ginger, grated1 large garlic cloved, grated or minced1 and a 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 and a 1/2 tbsp namu shoya or low sodium soy sauce3 tbsp scallions, chopped1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
