Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
Place 2 heads of cabbage into the freezer for at least 1 week or longer.30 cabbage leavesfilling1/4 lb. ground beef1/2 lb bacon3 cups cooked white rice2 cups tomato juice
Directions
Thaw the cabbage and separate the leaves from the head so you have 30 leaves. Line a casserole dish with the outer leaves of the cabbages.
Cook the bacon and ground beef, drain the grease and add to the cooked white rice. Roll filling inside the cabbage leaves,place on the leaves and pour the V-* or tomato juice over the rolls. Cover with more cabbage leaves. Bake at 325F for 2 hours.
