Scrambled egg omlette

Ingredients
4 eggsSkim milkOlive oilLight cheddar/marble cheeseMushroomBell peppers (yellow and red used)TomatoGreen onion (shallots)Table saltBlack pepperDill weedPork Chop (left over from dinner...lol)
Directions
Heat up olive oil in pan on stove over low-medium heat. Chop all veggies and meat, add to warmed oil, cook. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, pepper, salt, and dill. Add to pan on stove. Cook with lid on pan, stirring occasionally. When fully cooked, add cheese to top and cover. Simmer until cheese is melted. Divide into 4 servings.
