Vegan breakfast tofu scramble

Chop all veggies and sausage. Heat the oil in a pan. Saute the veggies, and sausage until the potatoes are tender. Add the garlic and saute for 2 minutes. Add the spice blend and cook for about 15 seconds, add .25 cup of water and deglaze the pan. Crumble the tofu and mix well, don't crush tofu, just mix in pan. Cook for about 15 min. Add the lemon juice and nutritional yeast. Enjoy!
