Low Fat hummus

Ingredients
1 15 oz can of chickpeas, drained(save the liquid)1-2 cloves of garlic, crushed1 tbsp lemon juice1 tbsp tahini, or low fat peanut butter1/2 cup low fat, greek yogurt plain1tsp salt
Directions
place all the ingredients into a food processor
mix until smooth
