Water, enough to cover peas4 Cups Green Black Eyed Peas1/3 Cup Lentils1/3 Cup Pearled Barley2 Tbsp Dried Onion Flakes1 tsp Garlic Powder1 tsp minced Garlic2 Tsp Salt
Snap Peas, discarding pods that are not good. Save the peas inside. The really green pods can be cooked into the peas.
Cook peas and onion flakes, making sure there is plenty of water on them. When the peas are tender, add lentils, Barley and seasonings. Cook until tender.
